Understanding Soul Consciousness
We know that every individual experiences different levels of consciousness throughout the course of a day. Depending on the levels of brainwave and electrical activity created by the brain, consciousness can be measured. The most basic fundamentals and ideals of meditation teach us that everything on this earth has a soul, or is a soul. Meditation also provides us with a unified sense of oneness with all that surrounds us, living or not. It is this oneness that provides us the ability to touch the realm of soul consciousness.
Soul consciousness is, in its most basic definition, the infinity that we find within our own souls. It is a self-awareness of sorts. It is the whole core of your existence. You have a sense of understanding of everything, and that the particular Creator you believe in has a presence within everything. Reaching soul consciousness is about healing, growing, and gaining a higher perspective of the ultimate truth.
Soul consciousness is an awakening to the fact that we are all essentially a part of the Creator. It is realizing and communicating with our maker as well as other souls. Soul consciousness is known by many other terms, such as a spiritual awakening and Christ-Consciousness. Most of these terms are specific to individual religions, but the idea is the same.
In order to reach your soul and awaken to your soul consciousness, there are a few things that you must first learn to do, with the aid of meditation. First and foremost, you need to learn how to let go of your ego. You need to release all of the insecurities, destructive, and negative feelings, thoughts, and behaviors that create a low self-esteem. With an overly dominant ego, you can only wind up cutting yourself off from reality.
The next step to reaching your soul consciousness is learning positive affirmation. You need to realize that your soul transcends all worldly wants and desires. You should also understand that in order to access your soul consciousness, you need to constantly provide positive thoughts and feelings, which can be done through verbal or mental affirming. You can repeat your affirmations over and over to yourself or in your head.
Finally, you need to learn how to open your body and mind to the entrance of your soul. You need to be able to focus on your soul as the center of who you are as a human and as a part of the Creator that transcends all space and time, just like the Creator that has left a spark within you. Meditation is the best way to achieve this. You need to learn how to completely relax and enter into an almost catatonic state. Only when you are completely open will you be able to reach your soul consciousness.
Soul consciousness is not about physical things. It is so much more. It is about everything having a part of you, and you having a part of everything. It is about the universe and every single thing within it.
