A warm place would be perfect for meditation. You know that warmth will always make you feel like you are at peace and that is what peace meditation aims for.

You need to relax and take deep and long breaths. Expand your muscles as much as you can and try to hold your breath for some time before you release it slowly.

You can put in some music on as well but it should be slow and soft.

Do eat something little before you meditate because it feels good with something in your stomach.
