Mindfulness in Education
Using mindfulness in education has many advantages. Firstly it has been proven to help reduce the stress and worry that many children get before taking an exam. This is because mindfulness helps you to feel calmer. Furthermore mindfulness helps you to become more aware of your present surrounding so your mind focuses better. Therefore it has been proven that mindfulness in education often approves the attention span of children. All it can take is a few minutes of practicing mindfulness in education to improve the children’s mindset, and the area they are learning in.
Lots of teachers have said that mindfulness in education has helped them to achieve more on days when it has been practiced. It fact there are now loads of schools that use mindfulness. Children like to be themselves and have fun, and problems arise when they are forced to be different.
