First there are the car payments and insurance, gas, maybe even a mortgage. Then you have your hydro bill, your gas bill, phone bills, cable, internet and cell phone charges. Then there are the groceries, laundry, sometimes alimony and child support payments. For the majority of us, there are credit card payments, deadlines, family functions or the stresses of a dysfunctional family. These are major stressors in our lives, and while each one on its own is capable of inducing large amounts of stress, compiled together, the stress can become overwhelming.
