#15 - Meditation Brings Your Body, Mind, and Spirit Together

Meditation is the golden pathway for harmonizing your body, mind and spirit. It is the light in your search for freedom, and the only way to fathom your innermost feelings, reaching the source of all energy and existence. Only when you have established a connection with your highest state of being, will you be in a better position to live out your hopes and dreams.

The practice of meditation enables you to develop a brighter mind and much healthier body. Since it involves a deeper state of concentration and relaxation, you can tap into unlimited wisdom and potential. You are able to bring your mind under control and align your consciousness with your human body and your higher self, or spirit.

The way meditation does this is to silence your thoughts, allowing your mind to experience your body as it breathes, pumps blood and digests food. These are the very most primal of your experiences. Your mind also experiences the spirit, as it animates you and directs your higher functions of love, kindness and compassion. This is the highest of your experiences. Like most of us, on a daily basis, you likely live between your highest and lowest natures, letting each of them affect you in ways you do not realize or control.

When you bring the mind, body, and spirit into harmony, you take control of them and become transcendent of their forces. You are one, and you are able to experience oneness in your daily life and in your world. This is the highest achievement of any life, and few will realize it.

Meditation, each day you practice, brings you ever closer to self-realization. It is the way in which you can begin to align your consciousness and take control of the forces that move you. There is no higher calling in life than oneness, and meditation is the only way you can fully answer that call.

If you feel compelled to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit, begin a dedicated meditation practice. Realize your potential.
