meditationHeal The World with Global Meditation

Did you ever try to produce energy so pure that it not only affects you but also your immediate surroundings? Global meditation can stimulate such an energy that could dramatically help yourself while easing away the pain of the earth - land, sea and sky. Many people think meditation is a form of prayer when in fact it is much more than prayer, it’s a way of life. By meditating a person goes into a deep form of relaxation and awareness - focusing their attention to a single point of reference. The theory behind global meditation is not only to get in touch with your inner self but also to be at one with the world and all the creatures existing on it. Global meditation gives people a chance to meditate while trying to focus all of their energy, attention and awareness towards the vitality of the entire world.

While in global meditation one gets in touch with the world. The person meditating can become aware of what state the earth is in. They feel the energy, the dominant vibe. While focusing on the world, people in global mediation can sense the disturbed essences due to violence and harsh conditions. Together everyone participating in the global mediation try to change the dominant disturbed vitality to a more calm relaxing energy, not only for themselves but for every living being that calls this planet their home.

Being at one with the world isn’t the only thing people do when in global meditation. We become aware of the extreme beauty of the world, the great spirits in the oceans, along with forests, mountains and deserts. In global meditation, everyone, in unison, tries to feel the presence of nature - purifying it with thought, cleaning the quality of the air, water and soil, enhancing nature and the entire world.

When taking part in global meditation, meditators get a feel of each other's energy. If done correctly one would feel the presence of others meditating as if they were all sitting in the same room, without seeing them. This allows the person to take all that powerful energy and focus it on a reference point, resulting in a fresh and relaxed state of mind.

All meditators in global meditation are, after all, meditators and must also be at one with themselves in order to be completely aware of everything around them. They must have an understanding of what is going on in their body, for example their breathing, heart rate and body position, registering all that they are feeling including the sensation of weight (or weightlessness), internal organs and body temperature. All emotions are also observed and perceived, from a detached perspective. The person in global meditation also becomes aware of their thoughts, observing them as a river flowing downstream trying to figure out whether the thoughts are pure and how fast they are moving. This gives the person a chance to reorganize themselves allowing them to gain a clear, focused state of mind .

Those taking part in global meditation will become entirely conscious of their physiological processes while remaining fully focused on everything in the world – nature and all its living beings, getting in tune with their inner self until they feel the peaceful sensation of unity. In global meditation the meditator will feel a dramatically beneficial change within their inner state and environment. The air will seem more clean and clear, everything will seem more vibrant, lighter, peaceful and a sensation that the surroundings have expanded.
