Synchronicity can be defined in two ways, both of which are enhanced through meditation. In one respect, synchronicity refers to the harmonious balance of the body, mind and spirit. On the other hand, synchronicity can also refer to a spiritual experience of remarkable coincidences (do you see 11:11 on the clock more than it statistically should occur?).
