Consciousness Studies Help In Human Ascension
Consciousness Studies is a recent development in the world of academics. The core aspect of such studies is to establish certain concepts about how consciousness can be defined mathematically and generically via equations, hypotheses, conjectures, theorems and other similar academic practices. In addition, they look at how the conscious mind relates with the physical brain.
Consciousness: An Introduction
Consciousness is a subtle phenomenon or state of being in which we are connected with the undefined but conversely the most powerful aspect of our existence - the higher self or God self and the reason for our being here and now. One colleague, for example, used to react in a strange way when talking to new people. He reacted to those that were friendly and those that had ulterior motives differently. The messages came via his body, which may be difficult to define in words. It was through some level of connectivity with the subconscious mind and, in turn, with the higher power.
Consciousness Studies do cater to deciphering several aspects of human nature, including those in which we are able to know more about others without asking them, have premonitions and other similar strange occurrences.
Consciousness And Science
Cognitive science is closely related to Consciousness Studies and aims to define and create understanding and perception as carried out by human brain. Many people are gifted with precognitive skills, which is where they know certain things before actually hearing about them physically.
Scientists that are involved with Consciousness Studies are also working on issues related to extra sensory perception to find out how exactly it works and why only a few people have this gift.
We sometimes feel like meeting a person and do meet him or her the same day without any prior communication. Some people call this telepathy but where is the scientific proof? There is no visible proof and thus it is deemed a coincidence, hence the need for Consciousness Studies to give us the true picture persists.

Why are there only a few such geniuses amongst millions of human beings? Do they have a higher level of consciousness than others around them? Some people may call such feats “God-given gifts” but Consciousness Studies aims to understand such occurrences in a methodical, scientific and rational way.
